Alright, so you’re lookin’ at this… this… “25th Anniversary Edition Mazda Miata,” huh? Sounds fancy, like somethin’ them city folks would drive. But what’s it all about, really? Lemme tell ya, from what I gather, it’s a special car, real special. They didn’t make a whole bunch of ’em, see?
They’re sayin’ somethin’ ’bout only 3,000 of these things worldwide. That ain’t much, now is it? Like tryin’ to find a good hen’s tooth, I tell ya. And for them folks over in the UK, well, they got even fewer. Just a handful, really. Some with a soft top, and some with a hard top that folds in. Fancy, I say, real fancy.
- Soft top ones cost a pretty penny, somethin’ like 28,095 pounds.
- And them hard top ones? Even more! Close to 29,000 pounds. That’s a lot of chickens, let me tell ya.
Now, where can you get one of these things? Well, I hear tell you can find ’em on somethin’ called “eBay.” They say you can get your money back if you ain’t happy, but I don’t know nothin’ ’bout that. Sounds like a gamble to me. But they also say they’ll ship it to ya, for free mind you, free is good, saves you a trip to the market.
If you’re lookin’ for a used one, well, that’s a whole ‘nother story. There’s this place, “Car Sensor,” they call it. Seems like they got all sorts of cars, from them little bitty ones to them big ol’ trucks. You can find all kinds of prices too, some cheap, some not so cheap. They got them fancy electric cars, and them gas guzzlers too. It’s all there, they say.
This “25th Anniversary Edition” thing, it’s a celebration, see? A celebration of 25 years of this “Miata” car. They made a whole fancy book about it, a “brochure,” they call it. Pictures and words, all about this car. It’s their way of sayin’ “thank you” to all the folks who like these little cars.
They even showed off the insides of the car, the “chassis” they called it. Guess that’s important for them car folks. Me, I just care if it gets me to the market and back. But this car, it seems like it’s more than that. It’s like… well, it’s like a shiny new tractor, somethin’ special you take pride in.
And this “Car Sensor” place? They keep talkin’ about how they show the total price, no hidin’ fees or nothin’. That’s good, I reckon. Nobody likes bein’ tricked, especially when it comes to money. They got all sorts of cars, like I said. Little ones, big ones, and everything in between. And they say they got experts lookin’ at these cars, makin’ sure they’re good to go. That’s important, you don’t want no lemon, that’s for sure. They got cars for all kinds of prices too. Some cost as much as a small farm, others cost less than a good cow.
So, this 25th Anniversary Miata… it’s rare, it’s fancy, and it costs a pretty penny. But if you’re one of them car folks, and you got the money, well, it might just be worth it. Me? I’ll stick with my old truck. It ain’t pretty, but it gets the job done. And that’s all that matters to this ol’ woman.
Anyways, that’s the gist of it, as far as I can tell. This car is special, not a whole bunch of ’em around, and they cost a good bit of money. You can find ’em online or at them used car places. But remember, a car is just a car, it gets you from point A to point B. Don’t go spendin’ all your hard-earned money on somethin’ fancy if you don’t need to. A good pair of shoes will get you just as far, sometimes further.
