Okay, so I’ve been trying to get back in shape, and honestly, I’m not a gym person. I wanted something simple that I could do at home without a bunch of fancy equipment. That’s when I stumbled upon these Fit Deck exercise cards. I thought, why not give them a shot? They seemed pretty straightforward.
So, I ordered a deck, and it arrived a couple of days ago. The cards are, like, durable, and they call them “sweat-proof” which is good because I do get a bit sweaty. When I first went through them, I was like, “Wow, there are a lot of exercises here!” There are about 70 of these things in total.
I started by just shuffling the cards and picking out a few to try. It was actually pretty fun, like a game almost. I did some push-ups, some squats, and some stretches. There are, if I did the number correctly, 39 different exercises in here, all bodyweight, which I’m a total fan of.
- First, I tried to do the push-ups. It was a bit tough, but I managed a few.
- Then, I moved on to the squats. Those were a bit easier, and I felt the burn in my legs.
- After that, I did some stretching exercises, which felt really good after the push-ups and squats.
The cool thing is that there are these “wild cards” too. You can throw them into the mix to keep things interesting. Like, one day I did a regular workout, and the next day I added a couple of wild cards, and it felt like a totally different routine. It’s a great way to keep things fresh and not get bored.
I’ve been using these cards for a few days now, and I’m already feeling a bit stronger. It’s not a huge difference, but I definitely feel it. And it’s helping me find some balance in my life, physically and mentally. I’m going to keep at it and see how much progress I can make. It’s kind of exciting to see what my body can do.
My Plan
My plan is to use these cards maybe three or four times a week. I’m going to start slow and gradually increase the number of cards I use each time. I’m also thinking about tracking my progress, maybe in a notebook or something. Just to see how far I’ve come. I’m also thinking about getting my friend involved. We can shuffle the deck together and make it a friendly competition. It would be more fun and motivating to have a workout buddy.
So, yeah, that’s my experience with these Fit Deck exercise cards so far. It’s been pretty good, and I’m looking forward to seeing what I can achieve with them.
