Well, hey there, y’all! Today, we’re gonna yak about somethin’ fancy – that 007 cologne for men. Don’t you go gettin’ all highfalutin on me now, it’s just smelly water for fellas, but seems like some folks get all worked up about it. I seen these bottles in the stores, all shiny and whatnot, and figured I’d do some snoopin’ around to see what all the fuss is about.
First off, they got this fella, James Bond, this 007 fella, tied to it. Now, I ain’t never seen one of his movies, but I hear tell he’s a big deal spy man, always chasin’ bad guys and smoochin’ pretty gals. So, I reckon this cologne is supposed to make a fella feel all slick and dangerous, like he could charm the birds right outta the trees.
I went on that there internet thingy, you know, the one where you can find anythin’ and everythin’, and boy, oh boy, did I find a whole mess of 007 colognes. Seemed like every store and their grandma was sellin’ the stuff. You got your “Eau de Toilette,” which sounds all fancy-pants but just means it ain’t as strong as the real perfume. Then you got your “Cologne,” which I guess is the regular stuff, and then somethin’ called “Eau de Parfum,” which I figure must be the strong stuff, the kind that’ll knock you over if you ain’t careful.
- They got all sorts of smells, too. Some smell like wood, which makes me think of chopin’ logs on a cold mornin’.
- Some smell like sunshine and fruit, which is kinda nice, I guess, if you like smellin’ like a fruit salad.
- And then there’s this one that smells like somethin’ called “bergamot,” which I ain’t never heard of before, but I hear it’s some kinda fancy orange.
Now, I ain’t one for spendin’ a whole lot of money on smelly water, but I did see where you can get this 007 cologne on that eBay place. They say you can get it cheaper there, which is good for folks like me who ain’t got money to burn. And they say they got 20 million happy customers, so I guess they must be doin’ somethin’ right.
This James Bond fella, he weren’t real you know, some writer fella made him up. This writer, Ian Fleming was his name, he made up this 007 fella, said he worked for some secret spy group, MI6 they called it. And this 007 fella, he had a real name too, James Bond, and he was a commander in the Navy or somethin’. Sounds like a busy fella to me.
I heard they made a bunch of movies about this 007 fella, and lots of different actors played him. Seems like this one actor, George Lazenby, he only played him once, and folks didn’t like him too much. Can’t please everyone, I reckon.
And there was this French actress, Sophie Marceau, she was in one of the movies too. Played a gal named Elektra King. Sounds like a fancy name to me.
Anyways, back to this cologne. They say it’ll make a fella feel confident and smell sharp. I ain’t sure what that means exactly, but I guess it means you’ll smell good and feel like you can take on the world. And they got different kinds, like sprays and sets, so you can pick whatever you like.
So, if you’re lookin’ to smell like a secret agent or somethin’, maybe you should give this 007 cologne a try. Me? I’ll stick to my good ol’ soap and water, but that’s just me. You fellas go ahead and smell however you want, it ain’t none of my business.
But remember, don’t go breakin’ the bank on smelly water, there’s more important things in life than smellin’ like a movie star. Like family, and friends, and a good home-cooked meal. Now that’s somethin’ worth fussin’ over.
But if you are gonna buy this 007 cologne, shop around, check out that eBay place, and find yourself a good deal. Ain’t no sense in payin’ more than you have to. And don’t go sprayin’ too much on, nobody wants to be choked by your smell, no matter how fancy it is. A little dab will do ya, that’s what my mama always said.
And that’s all I got to say about this 007 cologne for men. It’s a whole lot of fuss over smelly water, if you ask me, but hey, to each their own. You fellas go on and enjoy yourselves, and don’t forget to call your mama every now and then.
