Hey everyone, so I’ve been on this whole subscription box kick lately, right? And I stumbled upon TacPack. Thought it was pretty cool, and I’m always looking for ways to save a buck or two, so I figured I’d try to find a promo code before I signed up.
First, I did a quick search online, you know, just to see what was out there. I saw a bunch of sites listing different codes, some for 15% off, some for up to $60 off. There were even a few that mentioned specific deals like “buy one, get one free” or “free shipping.” Seemed a little too good to be true, but I was willing to try.
My First Attempt
I went straight to the TacPack website and, guess what? I did not find any promo code on the homepage. Sometimes they have those banner ads or pop-ups with special offers, but not this time.
Digging Deeper
Alright, no luck there. Time to check out those coupon sites. I visited a couple of them, copied a few codes that looked promising. These sites had codes for all kinds of stores, not just TacPack. I picked a couple that mentioned big discounts, like that $60 off one. I also grabbed one that was shorter, around 8-12 characters long. I read somewhere that shorter codes are less likely to be fake.
Trying the Codes
Back to the TacPack site. I went through the signup process, picked the subscription I wanted, and got to the checkout page. There it was, the little box to enter a promo code.
- First, I tried the 15% off code. Typed it in, hit “Apply,” and… nothing. Said it was invalid or expired.
- Next, I tried one of the $60 off codes. Same result. Invalid.
- I even tried a few more from different sites, but they all gave me the same error.
Honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I was hoping to score a deal, but those codes didn’t work for me. I guess sometimes those coupon sites are hit or miss. Or maybe the codes were just really old and expired.
What I Learned
So, here’s the thing. It’s always worth trying to find a promo code before you buy something online. But don’t get your hopes up too high. Sometimes those codes just don’t work. In this case, I ended up signing up for TacPack without a discount. But hey, I still think it’s a cool box, and I’m excited to see what I get each month. Maybe next time I’ll have better luck with the codes!
I don’t know what I need to do next time. I will keep trying to find the promo codes for it.
