So, I started my quest like any normal person in 2024 – I hit up the internet. I typed in “Michael Chernow age” and dove into the rabbit hole. First thing I stumbled upon was some random site saying he’s 55 and born on November 11, 1968. But I was like, “Nah, that can’t be right.” He looks way younger in all his posts!
Then I found another piece of info saying he started working in restaurants in New York City when he was 12. Twelve! Can you believe that? I mean, I was still playing with toy cars when I was 12.

I kept digging, and it got a bit more interesting. Apparently, this guy’s been through a lot. One article mentioned he “dove deep into the world of alcohol and drugs” and used to start his day at 4:30 or 5:00 PM with a drink. Sounds rough, man. But good for him, it says he’s been in recovery for 18 years now. That’s amazing!

- He wrote, “Happy birthday to me. Today marks 44 years around the sun.”
- So, he was 44 on October 21, 2024.
Finally, I had a solid number. Doing a little backward math, he was probably born in 1980, not 1968 like that first site said. Found it! Case closed. I knew 55 didn’t sound right.
Anyway, that’s my little detective story for today. It’s crazy what you can find out there on the internet, right? And it’s always good to double-check your info, ’cause you never know what’s accurate and what’s not. You see, from the chef to a person with a rough life, then I figured out his age in 2024 is 44 finally. That’s quite a fulfilling journey for me!
