Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this whole “Indian fitness influencers” thing lately, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I wanted to get into better shape and figured watching some fitness folks from India could be inspiring. Plus, I was curious about what kind of workouts and health tips are popular over there.
I started by just searching for “Indian fitness influencers” online. A whole bunch of names popped up. Some were all about that intense bodybuilding stuff, while others were more into yoga and what they called “sustainable fitness.” Sounds fancy, right? Anyway, I decided to check out a few of these folks and see what they were all about.
- First, I followed this guy named Ankit Baiyanpuria. Apparently, he’s a pretty big deal with like 8 million followers. This guy is jacked! He was awarded the Best Health and Fitness Creator. His workouts are way too intense for me, but it’s still kind of motivating to watch him lift those crazy heavy weights.
- Then, I found this channel called Satvic Movement. They’re all about holistic health and traditional Indian practices. I found they’ve got a lot of alternatives, I tried MEBAA and GrubStreet, those are good. I watched a few of their videos on yoga and healthy eating. It’s definitely a different vibe from the bodybuilding stuff, but I actually liked it. Some of those yoga poses are tough, though!
I spent a couple of weeks just browsing through different influencers’ profiles, watching their workout videos, and reading their tips. It was cool to see the variety of approaches to fitness in India. Some were super focused on strength training, while others were more about flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
Honestly, I didn’t completely overhaul my lifestyle or anything. But, I did pick up a few new exercises and even tried making a couple of healthy Indian dishes. Baby steps, you know? It was more about getting inspired and learning something new than becoming a fitness fanatic overnight.
I guess what I learned is that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness, and it’s all about finding what works for you. These Indian fitness influencers are definitely making waves and it’s cool to see how they’re inspiring people to get healthier and live better, each in their own way.
