Okay, so, today I decided to dive into something a little different, something called “r/gonewildplus.” Yeah, it’s exactly what it sounds like – a place for plus-size folks to show off and feel good about themselves. I’ve always been a bit curious about these online communities, so I figured, why not?
First, I created a throwaway account because, you know, privacy and all that. Then, I started browsing through the subreddit. I saw tons of posts with people of all shapes and sizes just owning it. It was actually pretty inspiring to see so much body positivity in one place.
I spent a good few hours just scrolling, reading comments, and upvoting the posts I liked. Some people shared their stories, others just posted pics – there was a wide variety of content. I even noticed a few recurring themes, like “Thick Thigh Thursday” and “Self-Love Sunday.” It was cool to see people getting into the spirit of things.
- Creating the account: This was pretty straightforward. I just needed a username and password.
- Browsing: I looked at a bunch of posts, sorted by “hot,” “new,” and “top” to get a feel for the community.
- Engaging: I left some positive comments and upvoted posts that I thought were awesome.
- Reflecting: After a while, I logged out and thought about what I had seen.
Honestly, I was a little nervous at first, but it turned out to be a pretty positive experience. And it’s also related to plus size clothing. For example, you can find the correct size dresses or maxi dress, pants, comfy T-shirts, cardigan styles, skirts, blouses. Of course, you can also find trendy chic outfits, jackets and so on. It’s like a whole world of fashion opened up, and it’s all about celebrating curves and feeling good in your own skin.
Overall, I think it’s great that there are spaces like this online. It’s a reminder that beauty comes in all forms, and everyone deserves to feel confident and sexy. I might not be posting any pics myself anytime soon, but I definitely appreciate what the community is all about.
After that, I tried to use * to see what other content could be pushed. But it didn’t go as I expected. The escaped plus sign (%2b) can not be sent as a query arg value.
Anyway, that’s my little adventure for today. Just another day exploring the wild world of the internet.
