Okay, so, I’ve been diving deep into the world of Mexican fitness influencers lately, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I started this whole thing because I wanted to spice up my own workout routine, you know? Get some fresh ideas, maybe find some motivation. And boy, did I find it.
First, I just started googling around, like “Mexican fitness influencers” and “Latina fitness.” I found a few articles listing some top names, and that was a good starting point.
Then I headed over to Instagram, ’cause that’s where all the action is, right? I started searching for those names and just browsing through related hashtags. Man, there are so many of these folks! It’s crazy.
I started following a bunch of them, like maybe 20 or 30 at first. I wanted to see who really resonated with me. I was looking for a few things:
- Killer workouts: Obviously, I wanted to find people who posted workouts I could actually do or get inspired by.
- Good vibes: You know, people who seemed positive and motivating, not just all about showing off.
