Alright, so it was Black Friday, and I was on a mission. A mission to finally get my home gym sorted without breaking the bank. I’ve been putting it off for ages, you know how it is, life gets in the way, and those gym equipment prices? Don’t even get me started.
First things first, I needed a game plan. I started by checking out what I really needed. Dumbbells? Check. Some decent workout clothes that don’t cost a fortune? Double-check. And maybe, just maybe, a treadmill if the price was right.
I hit the internet, hard. I spent hours browsing, comparing prices, and making a list of potential deals. I’m telling you, it’s a jungle out there. There are so many deals, it is hard to know where to start. But I was determined.
I started with the apparel. Everyone’s saying Black Friday is the best time to stock up on workout clothes. Found some pretty sweet deals on those sweat-wicking shirts and some comfy shorts. Nothing fancy, but hey, they’ll do the job, and my wallet didn’t cry, which is a win.
Then came the weights. I didn’t want to go crazy, just a basic set of dumbbells to get started. Found a decent set online, not the cheapest, but good quality, and they were on sale. Score!
The treadmill was the tricky part. I was aiming for a walking treadmill, and I was not paying over 500 bucks. I hunted like a hawk. I visited online stores like crazy. Luckily, I found one that fit the bill. It was not the most advanced model, but it was solid, and the price was right.
Then I moved to Best Buy, I found some recovery tools on sale, including a massage gun I’ve had my eye on, and I added it to my cart.
- Workout clothes: Got ’em.
- Dumbbells: Secured.
- Treadmill: Bagged it.
- Massage gun: Oh yeah.
Mission accomplished.
So, that’s my Black Friday workout gear haul. I am pretty chuffed with what I managed to snag. Took some effort, but I got what I wanted, and I did not go broke doing it. Now, let’s get this home gym set up and get moving!
