So, I’ve been hitting the gym for a while, right? But I wanted to try something new. Then I heard about this #mbf thing. Muscle Burns Fat. Sounds intense, doesn’t it? I figured, why not give it a shot?
First, I grabbed the Beachbody On Demand app. That’s where all the #mbf stuff is. They’ve got these intro videos, so I watched those first. Gotta know what you’re getting into, you know?
It’s been a few years since I actually finished a full program. The last one was LIIFT4, which was pretty solid. I work out okay, but a whole program, start to finish? That’s different. Anyway, I dove into #mbf.
The workouts are around 25-40 minutes. Not too bad, but they get your heart pumping, for sure. I started with week one, feeling all motivated. They’ve got these things called Megan Minutes – a one-minute challenge with heavier weights. Let me tell you, those are tough!
- Week 1: Felt good, managed all the workouts.
- Week 2: Hmmm… I skipped some of the days, like day 2, 4, and 6. Maybe not the best idea, but I did it anyway.
- Week 3: Pushed myself a bit harder to make up for it.
I also looked into some other Beachbody programs. There’s 21 Day Fix, which seems like a good starting point. And PiYo, which is, I guess, a mix of Pilates and yoga. And then there is 645. That sounds pretty intense. Maybe after I get through #mbf I’ll be ready for something like that.
The Verdict?
Overall, I’d say #mbf is a decent program. I definitely felt the burn. I didn’t do it perfectly, sure, I might change some days and skip some workouts, but I stuck with it for the most part. And I saw some results, which is the whole point, right? My muscles feel more toned, and I definitely have more energy. So, yeah, I’d recommend it. Just be prepared to work hard, and maybe don’t skip as many days as I did!
